Absolutely. We understand that every animal has different comfort levels, personalities, and needs. We have experience working with anxious, reactive, shy, and senior pets and always prioritize patience, safety, and creating a low-stress environment. 

 We provide professional home and pet care services throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. Service availability outside of Calgary may be subject to additional travel fees depending on location and booking duration. 

In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact you and your emergency contact immediately. If urgent veterinary care is needed and we cannot reach you, we are authorized to transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic to ensure they receive proper care as quickly as possible. 

Yes! We are comfortable administering many types of medications, including oral medications, topical treatments, and some injectable medications depending on the pet’s needs. Please provide detailed instructions during the meet & greet so we can ensure your pet receives safe and consistent care. 

We love keeping pet parents updated! During booking you can specifically request that we send regular updates with photos, videos, and little check-ins so you can feel comfortable knowing your pets and home are safe and cared for. 

Yes! Reptiles and exotic pets are one of our specialties. We have hands-on experience caring for geckos, turtles, and other reptiles, and we understand the importance of proper heating, lighting, feeding schedules, and habitat care. 

Yes, overnight pet and house sitting services are available depending on scheduling and availability. Overnight stays are a great option for pets who are more comfortable maintaining their normal routines and having companionship throughout the night. 

 Yes! We offer complimentary meet & greets for all of our clients. This gives us the chance to get to know you, your pets, your routine, and ensure everyone feels comfortable before services begin.
